These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bidlaw mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Bidlaw (“Bidlaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using Bidlaw, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features of Bidlaw, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. SMS Verification and Authentication
Bidlaw uses SMS text messages solely for authentication and account security. During registration or login, you may be asked to enter your mobile phone number to receive a one-time verification code (OTP).
- SMS messages are sent only after you explicitly request a verification code.
- Messages are transactional and not promotional or marketing-related.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for any unlawful purpose. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit harmful or fraudulent content

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Bidlaw are owned by or licensed to Bidlaw and are protected by applicable laws.
